ALPAQERA

CUSCO - PERU
This year, we’ve created a collection inspired by the women who raise alpacas in the Peruvian Andes.
It’s made with hand spun yarn in natural and dyed colors that evoke the natural beauty of those regions.
We invite you to enjoy it!
These pieces from the collection feature the natural colors of alpaca fiber, without dyes or the use of additional water. They are crafted from regenerative alpaca fiber using hand knitting techniques and feature an oversized fit.
The yarns in the collection were hand spun using a mix of different thicknesses in the creation of the garments.
Items made from merino wool in the natural color palette of alpaca.

The pieces in this collection are unique, they were not mass-produced.

Natural dyed and sparkle effects, woven with our Skinny yarns.
Garment khitted with our medium – thickness yarn dyed with indigo and cochineal in a range of shades.
Hant embroidery and patchwork applications with left lover threads form other garments.
We are inspired by nature and the rocky forms of pre-Inca constructions.
This photo shoot was done in the archeological zone of Raqchi in Quispicanchis where we transformed the alpaca fiber of our brand.
